Do I have winging scapula or problems with it?

Do I have winging scapula or problems with it?

I think I may have wining or winged scapula, mild case maybe, or maybe just because I am thin. I noticed it when I was doing push ups for the anterea region. They pop out and look very odd, I do not think it is normal. I will try and upload a video link, but basically they move towards each other and look very raised and popped out when pushing my chest to the floor, but not so much when pushing against a wall.

I have always noticed my large portruding shoulder blades. Is this something to worry about?
