Do you think I retore my acl or meniscus?

Please help! I am one year post op from a complete acl tear, meniscus tear and mcl tear. They repaired my acl via hamstring graft. They also had to clean up and stitch part of my meniscus. My mcl didn't need surgery. I've had quite a few minor complications that have slowed down my recovery and I still don't have full range of motion back.

Im current solo traveling in Central America and the easiest way to describe what happened is I slipped and bent my knee really hard. Luckily i didn't twist it at all and it didn't buckle. It was just a straight up hard bend on my knee and I bent it past my normal range of motion. Instantly I felt sharp pain and my gut sank... "oh no! I hope I didn't retear anything" was my first thought. I immediately got up and walked over to some people I met and was shaking with fear of damage.

It swelled up a small amount in the first ten minutes or so and I had to walk about a half mile on it to get back to my hostel. It doesn't really feel unstable like it did when I tore everything but I can't bend it very far or straighten it all the way which is causing a bad limp.

The following day when I woke up it was worse and I could barely walk at first. After some ibuprofen and a little bit of walking around the house it loosend up and I was able to go out (with a limp) and buy fruit and get some stuff done. At first it felt a little better but then it started hurting the more I walked so I went home and got into bed till the next day.

The next day was almost the same but unfortunately I had to walk a lot more and it made it swell up even more and now it hurts way worse. I went to bed again, got another good night of sleep and now here I am writing this message still in a lot of pain and unsure if I can even leave the house today.

I did this on Wednesday night and it is now Saturday morning.

Im really trying to give it a week to see if it gets better or if I need to cancel my trip and come home. I'm pretty scared though and don't know how I'll get anywhere with my backpack ( only 20 lbs).

I am just wondering if it's possible I just tore some scar tissue or does it seem worse than that? What should I do?

I do have travel insurance but I don't have health insurance back home. Unfortunately the travel insurance won't really help as there is no medical technology (X-rays, MRI ect) or orthopedic doctors anywhere close to me or maybe even at all in this country.

Im not sure if anyone can help but I'm just kinda scared right now and need someone to talk to and give me a good opinion at least.

Thanks so much if you read this.
