Extreme stabbing pain in my right buttock

I'm a 40yr old woman,  in 2007 I had to have a bi-lateral hip replacement. Long story short, the hospital who did it put already recalled parts in me after 9mos of dragging my legs behind me as I used crutches as my legs due to AVN which they never found out why I got it. So now I've been in excruciating pain for several months due to the problems with these prosthetics&I can't find a surgeon to help me. I rarely eat, drink, sleep.....live due to this. But a about an hour ago I started to get this pain in my right buttock. It feels like someone is stabbing a spear into the underside of it near the inside of my leg. It also feels stiff in that area. Anyone know what this could be?  I do have lower back&knee pain&problems as well due to what my body was put through by that hospital. Please any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't have an ortho because they all tell me go back to where I had them done. ..... I'd rather become paralyzed before going back there!
