Foot Injury - Similar to Club Foot

While serving in the military through training I suffered flat feet/fallen arches in both feet and shin splints, my feet have never recovered and still today if I run I get shin splints almost right away.

But in right foot bones have been visibily disformed, my doctor has described it as similar to a club foot but pointing outwards rather than inwards and was suffered do to the military training so is not congenital. Now I cannot walk for long distances without pain, mainly on the ball of my feet, and get pain even standing on my feet for 10minutes and have balance problems due to the unnatural position of my right foot.

Before joining the military my feet were ok, and my right foot pointed forward like normal, and passed my entry medical without any problems. It has been acknowledged that this was caused by my military service and I have suffered with this for over 6 years now, having a major impact of how I live my life.

I saw a Sports Injury Specialist, who told me my right foot is now pointing outwards now due to the bones being damaged/twisted around the middle of my foot, and to try and show me how it should she be twisted it in to what should be a normal position, which was very painful.

I have never had a clear diagnosis for this injury, can anyone help me understand the injury more? Like the term for it, where to say it is damaged and why exactly it is now pointing outwards to the right (what exacltly medically caused it)
Would it be fair to describe this injury as being caused by the trauma of my training while having flat feet/fallen arches?

Thanks
