Foot pain - no Frature visible

Right one started aching suddenly .ER doctor take an x ray -without fratures
I have had a entorsis the same side a few months ago.Healed great and VERY fast
Taking ibuprofeno since Wednesday - not working very much... Pain worse when in move , top side of the foot /toes
Doctor prescription -he said I have one inflamation...
Im 50 yo and  I never had orthopedics problems previously to the above mentioned
Any hint?
