Foot swelling

My left foot was swollen the other day, the foot is still somewhat swolllen two day later, it also appears that the swelling has gone into my the calf of my leg.  There is a dull pain in my leg.  I have not had any injuries and the swelling is only in the left foot.

Go see a doctor.  This could be caused by a number of problems, but it is caused by something.  For instance, it could be cellulitis (is it red?) or a sign of diabetes.
