I made it through 44 years with essentially no broken bones (only two relatively minor fractures:  toe fracture - who hasn't had one of those! and coccyx fx, after a hard roller skating fall).  This year, at ages 44 and 45, I've had two fractures in 7 months: scaphoid then cuboid.  Both were complete through and through fractures, but neither were displaced.  Both were a result of a simple fall from stepping on uneven pavement and ankle rolling.  My question is, would it be wise to consider a bone density test or would this be an overreaction?  Should I just chalk it up to really bad timing?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
It would take anything between 12 weeks to 16 weeks. The whole weight of the body is supported by your feet so rest is important.
The tendons are all packed in the foot bones for foot movements  and continous leg movements would also disturb your healing.
Take enough rest, balance diet with enough of protein and calcium would  aid heal faster.
Take care and come back to us with further queries.
