Hello Dear

Pelvic fracture is a disruption of the bony structure of the pelvis. In elderly persons, the most common cause is a fall from a standing position.
Pain control is essential to quality patient care. It ensures patient comfort, promotes pulmonary toilet, and aids physical therapy regimens.
Since how long has been the pain? Has there been any precipitating cause of the pain?
Hs there been any associated fever? Any bleeding from bladder, urethral, prostate.
Take pain killers like acetaminophen, ibuprofen etc for short term. If pain still persists consult your orthopedician.

Take care
