Fratured Finger

Hello All,
A little over a week ago I got into a fight. I punched the guy with my wedding ring on and the tungsten ring broke in half. The day after my finger was slightly discolored and swollen with little range of movement. over the next couple of days it improved dramatically and swelling went down. I almost have full range of motion back and swelling is almost down as well. I have noticed a bump, spur, or node where the ring was or where the impact was from the ring. Is this anything to be concerned about. Will the node go down on its own after a while? It is still a little tender in the exact area but I can make a fist, open my hand, etc.
