Gastrocnemius Hypertrophy

I have hypertrophy of the medial and lateral gastrocnemius. My body type is slender. I suspect it is genetic but no one in my family has this condition. I have no weakness in my legs and otherwise, I'm healthy. Is there any asthetic surgical procedure to contour calves.
