Did you also calculate the Q angle? According to Wikipedia Q angle should be less than 18 degrees with the knee in extension and less than 8 degrees with the knee in 90 degrees of flexion and is necessary as a diagnostic test.
You should build on your strength and only try fast bowling if you can cope with it and you need a help of a sports medicine expert to rate that.
As far as arthritis any uncorrected genu valgum is prone for arthritis and that will take place with wear and tear over a period of time. It may take few decades sometimes so it is always good to try to correct it with muscle building exercises and physiotherapy.
Generally, there is no known cure for knock knees post-childhood so you should continue your exercises and you are doing a good job.
