Hand injury

.I forgot to add  that  every so often it will go cold and semi numb could this be nerveNerve biopsy

Tendon vs. ligamentwas ruptrued could this cause the joint to to be deformeed like stick out a little? .

Hi there!

If intermittent it is more likely to be due to nerve pressure/ compression than an actual injury; while decreased temperature could indicate reduced blood supply. It would be difficult to comment on the type of injury without a detailed clinical evaluation. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
