Hand locks up
If I grip something for a while, my fingers do not want to uncurl.  And sometimes, my little finger twitches.

Hi there!

This could be normal, secondary to muscle fatigue or could indicate inflammation, arthritis, neuro-muscular causes etc. You may consider getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
