Hello Sir What is The Solution of Bow Legs

i  am a 24 years old male with bowed legs I woul like information about surgeries in india but now I heard about the osteoromy too. I speak English  I am not good writting in english.i want to know is it possile to get straight my bowed legs without operation. even i want to know what would be cost for this opertion india.
