Hi thank you so much for ur reply.I have been to see many orthopaedics in the last 2 yrs but nobody has been able to give me an exact diagnosis besides them telling me it could possibly be the posterior tibial tendon or the navicular bone but no hope in resolving my issue. At 1 point I actually had one doctor tell me we've had a look at ur MRI and we can't find anything on it there's nothing else we can do further so dnt waste ur money on any private orthopaedic cause nothing can be done which I find very difficult to believe and to agree to so please if there is anything u can do or maybe point me to the right direction it will be much appreciated.   Thanks again for ur reply

Hi there!

Well, without an evaluation, it would be difficult to determine the cause of your pain. Possibilities that may need to be considered include stress fractures, ligament/ tendon injuries, infections, inflammations like fasciitis etc, spur formation, heel fat pad syndrome, arch issues etc. It is advised to consult an orthopedician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile you could use some tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS for pain relief.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
