Help needed as I am abroad!

I was kicked in the side of my leg (inner right leg) about 5 days ago. The kick did not hurt too bad, but a huge lump formed. When I woke up the next morning a large bruise developed. The bruise has spread down through my inner ankle and is very swollen. When I rub my finger over the spot of impact, I cannot feel the contact. Also, the spot is hard and is not bruised where the impact was and instead around it. Should I be concerned?

Sounds like it could be a hematoma (I don't know if I spelled that right).  It's where blood congeals under the skin.  It can be very dangerous, especially in the leg where big arteries are.
But that's just a guess.
Depending on where you are, Germany and India also have good medical care for visitors.  They are actually where some people go to have back surgery as it is faaar less expensive than in the States.  I think the Dominican Republic is one, too.
I hope wherever you are, you get it checked out.  It could be something serious or might not.

Wow. I don't really know much about this. Some countries have great health care systems, others are less than desirable. If I were in England or in Ireland, I would go to the ER.
