Help with frozen shoulder pain

Hey, recently diagnosed with frozen shoulder, im on anti-inflammatories 400mg and co-codamols 30/500, i do the physiotherapy exercises and use heat spray/gel, im still in agony with it tho and was wondering if there is anything else i can do to help it

Hi there!

Pain from frozen shoulder can be debilitating a times. I would suggest continuing with the present regimen for a few weeks before considering other options. If you do not notice any improvement in 4-6 weeks I would suggest consulting your orthopedician alternative management.
