Hip Labral Tear help.

I have been diagnosed with an anterior labral tear and cysts in my hip. I have pain in my hip. thigh, and knee. I have started PT and so far is just hurts more. Which is to be expected. After starting therapy I now have clicking and popping in the joint I wanted to know if anyone could direct me to some exercises to maybe strengthen the area. I DO NO want to have it scoped. From what I have read most times it does not turn out better than before. My doc would have to refer me and he said he would not do it until it hurt so bad I could not walk. I am just tired of the pain and sometimes there is nothing that will make it stop. Including the pain meds I have for my back. Thanks in advance for your help.
