My 89 year young grandmother has just fractured her left hipHip joint replacement Hip pain. She lives independantly and had fallen. Her walking was not great to begin with and I fearFears and phobias that her recoveryRecovery position - series, or lack there of; will confine her to a wheelchair. Could you please tell me what the new methods are for inserting pins and what type of rehabilitation she will undergo? To add insult to injury, she has a heart condition and an annurism in her stomach. The doctors did tell us that the break was "clean" and fairly easy to repair.
Thank you!
