Hip pain, doctors have no idea. Possible Laberal Tear

Hello,
I'm a 22 year old male completely lost and have no idea what to do anymore. I'll give everyone the short version.
Started about a year ago with pain in Inguinal area. Saw doctor and had Hernia Repair on both sides. Pain came back, had nerve blocks and eventually the nerve cut. Pain was still there. Had MRI done of both my back and hip
Hip showed: Possible Laberal Tear
Back showed: Spinal Stenosis and 3 Bulging Disc.
Now the pain has moved from from Inguinal area to the outside of my legs (from the start of my hip down to where my hip flexors are) and my lower back. Family has a history of Sciatic nerves, and i have Inverted hips (hip ball is on the outside of my hip instead of the inside). I can't sleep, walk, sit, stand, nothing. Dropped out of school for the semester and cant have a job because i cant walk. Been on pain medication for awhile and ive stumped almost every doctor around here. The 1 doctor i talked to said its a Laberal tear but he cant do anything until December 28th. I'm just lost and alone here and i have no idea at all what this could be. It sounds related to my back but doctors said my back looks fine. Anyone please have any ideas at all?

Forgot to mention that the pain is also right in the middle of my buttocks on both sides. Sorry, trying to be as specific as possible
