I have been an avid runner for years. Never have had any probl6ems. In January I noticed my left hip started hurting. Really just felt like I pulled a muscle, so I rested for a couple days. The next week I went for a 3 mile run just to make sure I was alright. Still a little sore, but nothing too awfully bad. The next day I ran 6 miles and the pain got somewhat worse. So, again I rested a couple days. The next time I ran, I attempted to run 4 miles. From then on I have been in nothing but pain. I rested a month. Still terrible pain after a month. So, I went to a chiropractor. He helped a lot! But after a month of seeing him I thought I would give it a break. I was on a break from seeing him for 6 weeks, though the pain has gotten better it still hurts. Any suggestions on what I can do?
