Hi,
I’m assuming that your sprain does not have a cast, but it is of intermediate severity as: there is still some swelling at 11 days. For this type, some restriction of movement would be beneficial, such as ankle support or a removable brace.
The short answer is: gentle movement without  weight bearing.
You may do passive motion ( this means the joint moves along its normal  range of flexion-extension powered by an external force – such as someone’s hands )   of plantar and dorsiflexion (plantar  flexion is the movement a ballerina makes to stand on her tiptoe and dorsiflexion is the opposite movement by  which h you stand on the ball of the foot) without weightbearing (this means you are not standing on the affected leg). Mild active motion (this means the movement  powered by the muscles of the foot itself) may also be started if passive movement is tolerated.
Some centers do therapeutic ultrasound ( this provides heat into the deeper areas of the ankle), you may try to soak your ankle in warm water (though the heat here must pass through the superficial layers of the skin – so the effect may not be as good) .
Some side to side movement within the confines of the brace.
Its best you consult a doctor , rehab or sports med one to tailor some specific activities based on your usual activities.
My best to you.
