How to correct sitting posture for misaligned hips

My left leg is longer than the right one. Though I've been in therapy for the past four weeks, the maximum allowed by insurance code for this ailment, the problem continuously reoccurs. I know that the way I sit has a lot to do with the problem and unfortunately I have to sit most of the day because of my office job. I'm guessing that I typically lean to one side while sitting and my wife has confirmed this from her observations. I know that sitting posture has a lot to do with this condition. I also tend to sit with my legs kind of up under the chair so that most of their is a lot of weight on my toes and I find myself sitting toward the middle or even front of the chair often. Is there a way to determine which of these problems might be contributing to the problem. I'm especially interested in finding out which hip I might be sitting on more than the other.
