I can feel my vessels beat behind my knee

And in the front. It is a really weird feeling. I ignored it for a while but know behind my right leg on the left side I can see a red vessel sticking it out and I can feel it beating even more. I don't know what's happening but I noticed I can feel it even more on the front side as well. Any ideas?

Arteries are pulsatile and they cannot be seen superficially. Veins are superficial and so visit a Physician for diagnosis.  At that position on your leg the artery may not be visible normally. Take care!
