I need a solution

This fall I fell while ramping my bike. Afterwards my pinky on my right hand bagan to hurt I told my mom and she blew it off. My pinky won't go straight even with me pushing on it as hard as I can. It hurts when I write text type or play ball. At my physical I mentioned it to my doctor  and he took x rays. He told me it wasn't currently broken. He sent me home and told me sqeeze a tennis ball. I did for 2 months and it didn't help. I stopped doing it but my finger is still curved and painful. What can I do to fix it?

Hi Morgan,  your mom needs to make an appointment with a orthopedic hand doctor and soon.  you may have a tendon or legiment problem.  take your x-rays with you if you go to a orthopedic hand doctor.  you could also ask you school nurse to talk to your mom ask suggest you see a hand doctor.  good luck  Morgan

Is there anything I can do at home to help it because it hurts me at school and my mom won't take me to see doc again? I'm on here because I gave up on getting my moms help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello!

You might have had soft tissue injury which has not healed after the physiotherapy.

Follow up with an orthopedician and if there is some tendon involvement then you would need rest, followed by physiotherapy.

Take care!
