INGROWN TOE NAIL

Basically, i have an ingrown toe nail, and believe me i have tried everything i can do at home to get rid of it. I've put my foot in warm salty water. I've tried to get rid of it by myself. I've try to get my foot numb...I guess I've tried just everything. I've even gone to the doctor. but they didn't really do anything. That supposed doctor tried to get rid of my ingrown toe nail but simply she couldn't do anything because it hurt too much and what it was worse is that she just tried to do a surgery without using any type of anesthesia or something like that.. and the bad thing about it and the reason why any of these things worked before is because it has already became an infection and it hurts too MUCH and bleeds all the time. So my question is what should i use to at least slow down the pain...any type of anesthesia? or what should i really do.. i don't even have an idea what could i do?

At this point you have to need surgical intervention.
Go to any good surgeon and under anaesthesia let it be removed.
Proper asceptic measures should be followed and maintained.
Also start antibiotics to limit infection.
Take some pain killers to limit pain.

So take an appointment near a surgeon and go for it. Take care!
