IT Band tear
I had an MRI taken and it showed that i had torn my IT band off my knee and it is hanging on by few fibers.  I have no pain, there has been some fluid on the lateral part of my knee for a little over a month.  Can the IT band be surgically fixed or is it best to have it scoped and cleaned up.   A little background,  I am very close to completing my advanced Navy Seal training when this happened.  so I am very active.  please, I would appreciate any feedback,  I want to be able to be 100 percent!  please let me know what my options are.  Thank you very much!!
