In so much hip pain and really needing info/support

In so much hip pain and really needing info/support

I'm desperately hoping someone can help me here

I was diagnosed with (nondisplaced) Femoral neck stress fracture with a partial ring of osteophytes OR an atypical sessile osteochondroma. I'm 36 and other than the items here, healthy and fit
I started this all out with a massage therapist who said that the catching when I adducted (and then eventually abducted) my leg was an emotional response.
Finally it continued to get worse and he said to go see my GP.  After Xrays said that there was a poorly defined density a CT and Bone scan was ordered.  The Bone scan got forgotten by the Dr office for 3 1/2 months but the CT scan came back right away with the FNSF or Chondroma info.  Now I have had the bone scan but the way that the tech was talking, it sounded like 1. She was confused on why I was having the scan if I had a CT (of course due to the time lapse) and 2. intimated that the bone scan was not going to be the test to tell us anymore.

She also asked me what other test was being done to figure out which it was.  So I'm confused since I thought that was this test would do and I have no other tests ordered at this time.  My GP did say he would refer me to a rheumatologist finally once the bone scan was done.

Here's where I start to lose it:    I started having the same catching feeling in my other hip just before the bone scan (maybe a good thing?) and the pain in my other one seems to be increasing.  I may also just be getting addicted or something to the Tramadol XR that I'm taking since b4 I could just take it but now I have to add an additional non-time release dose late in the afternoon.  But I still get a bit groggy from the original XR dose.  I was taking Celebrex but I think it's hurting my stomach.

I also have a few other things that I'm scared to tell my GP since he has a big sign in the office about coming in with a 'laundry list of problems'.
-I have a huge lump/pain that is pressure under my ribs shortly after I eat and pain if I touch it.
-I have now a pain to touch just to the left (my left looking down...) of my belly button.  It's a very sharp pain but not to a light touch - there has to be a bit of pressure.  Hard to find when I'm standing but really easy once I lay down.  At first I thought I was just eating too many baby carrots (really good crop this year) but I stopped eating them and the pain remains.
-My ears having been ringing for about a month but this week really loudly. It's constant and keeps me up at night sometimes (going a bit batty with that)
-I had some labrynthitis a few months ago twice but now am a bit dizzy since the ringing started but not super vertigo kind - just mildly off kilter sometimes
-Mild headache with the increased ringing - but I did have a car accident 2 yrs ago that still causes me neck pain so I'm not sure if I should even mention these at all as new items

I've some I think L4 problems in the past on the same bad side and don't know if hip problems can cause mid/lower back pain on one side or if it's only back pain that can cause hip/leg pain
I get some nerve pain in my glute sometimes and cattleprod shocks in my calf too
Most of the intense pain is deep and achy right in the groin, stinging pain on the inside of the thigh but little to none on the outside of the thigh. Lots of muscle pain inside/outside the pelvic bone on that side and some tender points periodically on both sides of the sacroilliac area.  I have so much pain it starting to blur together in my mind.  I went off my pain killers yesterday to see what was real and rolled around in bed not able to sleep at all.  I no longer have any comfortable positions

And lastly, since all this I am seriously depressed (like 9 out of 10 - just barely making it in to work), have had to cease all my sports activities or the pain is much worse, and since I'm so tired of all these doctors not really listening to me (I had to see a different GP when my regular one's office was closed a couple of times) in the last month or so I've simply stopped eating.
I've always had some depression issues and medication worked very poorly for me. I have no family nor friends right now except for a few ladies that I chat with sometimes at my fitness club where I can't go anymore.
I'm starting to feel like both the world's biggest hypochondriac and druggie.

Why won't anyone listen to how bad this all is?  My life has totally fallen apart and I don't even know if the tests I'm doing now are even what I really need!

Is it necessary to know if the problem is FNSF or Chondroma? or is the treatment just the same so it's more a novelty to know if it's one or the other because the treatment would be the same?

I'm so desperate and no one knows me enough to care...I didn't even know which forum to post this in...

If someone could take time to answer even a couple of these questions in this insanely long post (sorry) you don't know how much I would so appreciate it.
