Is it normal after collar bone fracture?

I had my collar bone fractures in a motorcycle accident. According to A&E there were no dislocation. My shoulder looks dropped, I seemed to be walking like a crab and all down one side, two weeks passed but I still in a lot of pain from the shoulder and it increases when I move it. Can anybody advise if it is normal for the pain to last this long and for the shoulder to look dropped even there was no dislocation?
