Joint Pain

Hi! I've had extreme problems with my lower back, neck and hips for a long time. I had 2 MRI and they said I have mild degen. disc disease and a few bulged discs. I had decompression for my neck and it worked quite well, not completely relieved but 60% better. My hips they found a few small labial tears so I'm just waiting on an arthrogram and I'm sure that must be the reason for my pain there. Several years ago I was diagnosed with Fibro/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Most of the symptoms anybody can have but it's mainly my joints that hurt not my muscles. I've had test after test for athritis but all negative. For the past 2 years now my elbows, knees and ankles hurt and sometimes I get bumps on them, like bursitis? Any advice on what this could be if it's not arthritis????

Posture is very important for your back. Follow proper ergonomics while sitting, working, sleeping, driving and also wear proper shoes. (With increase in age and decrease of oestrogen secretion and menopause you have joint pains etc.) Take calcium and keep on consulting your orthopaedician for further advice for symptoms.
