You have Grade II injuries to the menisci and also anterior cruciate ligaments.
You would need a below knee plaster or boot or brace to control the movements and to heal the ligaments in the knee. You should keep this for at least 4-6 weeks.
The other contusions and effusion clearly shows that you have an inflamed knee due to the injury in the left knee and you have some damage.
You can use ice packs and also anti inflammatory drugs to decrease pain.
If the healing does not take place as desired then you have to consider surgery after discussing with your orthopedician.
