Kenalog shot

I have been having many shots for my back, hip and shoulder. A couple of months ago I had another shot last month I notice an indention in my lower back. the size of a quarter and know it is the size of a baseball and it hurts so much and starting to go to my butt check. Is there any way of getting rid of pain if i cough it hurts and know my tail bone has no cushion I sit on it and you can see the bones profile. Thank you Deborah

Coricosteroid injection can be painful.
For what specific indication you are taking injections?
You can opt for the intra lesional injection which is mixed with lidocaine.
