L 5- S1 surgery
Do you advice surgery by fusion for a grade 2-3 spondylolisthesis at L5-S1 for a 16 yrs old child? what are the effects? pls help. daily ankle pain.

Initial conservative management (physical therapy/ anti-inflammatory measures/ pain management/ braces) may be tried before considering a surgery.
