Lateral release consultation

Hello:

I will be getting a lateral release consultation by a different orthopaedic surgeon in the same office as my normal one (he no longer does surgery).  what should I expect in the consultation? The sched person said it could take anywhere from an 45mins-1 hr.  What sort of questions should I ask?
