Lower leg pain

I have been recently having severe lower leg pain in my right leg, feels like the bone is broken but I know its not. My question is does Osteoarthritis cause this much pain?

If you have started having pain after an injury or fall then fracture should be suspected and you should go for X-ray scans.

Osteoarthritis pain can be suspected with previous injuries to your leg or a chronic developing pain. This can be severe with movements and weight bearing.

Start taking NSAIDs, ice the area and go for X-ray scans.

Follow up with an orthopedician for correlating and diagnosing your condition.
