MRI Result

Hiya thanks for the advice
I had a follow-up appointment for the MRI I but the orthopedic person there made no mention of the actual result.
He did mention that I'm being referred on for a hip injection but is that a corticosteroid injection or an arthrogram?
Also I work full-time and I'm very active in my job so would I be able to go back to work?
