MRI Translation

MRI Translation

Hi!  In 2007 my daughter flipped her bike and dislocated and fractured her left elbow.  Still in chronic pain, we sought a second opinion.  That doc ordered an MRI and believes that she requires Tommy John surgery and referred us  to another specialist.  I have set up an appointment with him, but prior to that date I was hoping to get some help translating the MRI results so that I can avoid getting bogged down in jargon.  Hoping someone here can help, I will post the impression (the specific findings can be posted if needed):  "There is retraction with scar-in-continuity of the anterior margin of the common flexor tendon, containing a small focus of bone.  There is residual disruption of the anterior and posterior bands of the anterior bundle of the medial collateral ligament.  There is chronic disruption of the humeral origin of the lateral collateral ligament.  There is moderate wear of the cartilage within the humeral ulnar joint with focal exposed bone over the trochlea."  Can anybody translate this into English?  Thanks -K
