MRI for Lumbosacral Spine

Hello to everyone, Yesterday I had my MRI for Lumbosacral Spine... One month ago, I encountered severe pain from my back and my legs that whenever I stand, seat I suffered from deep pain until it turn into numbness.. My right leg now (from my butt down to my leg) totally numb esp. the back area.

Here are the finding of my MRI which I cannot understand... I hope somebody wil help me translating this to layman terms so that I can fully understand whats going on and whats happening to me...

1. Large disc protrusion ventral and bilateral at l5-s1 level with secondary spinal canaal stenosis.
2. Smaller ventral and bilateral disc. protrusion at l4-5 level also noted.
3. Small central disc protusion at L3-4 level likewise seen.
4.  Degenerative disc disease changes at L4-5 and L5-s1.
5. Slightly straiftened lumbar lordosis.

Anyone can help me to translate my MRI result in layman terms so I can easily understand...
I appreciate your kind and immediate answers to my query..

Thank you very much.
