MRI of the Right Knee

Hi All,

My Dad has undergone MRI scan for the Right Knee and below are the results:

Technique Used: PD and PD FS Sagittals, T1 weighted and T2 TIRM coronals, T2 Weighted ME 2D axials

REPORT:
1) Minimal thinning of the Hyaline articular cartilage applied across the articulating surfaces of the Femur/Tibia is noted. 2 small Subchondral bone cysts are noted across the lateral Tibial plateau - Early Osteorthritic sequalae.
2) IIIdefined irregular hyperintense signals are noted to the lateral Femoral condylar epiphyseometaphyseal regions on the T2 TIRM/PD FS sequences, becoming hypointense on the T1 weighted/PD sequences - Marrow Contusion.
3) The Posterior horn of the medial Meniscus demonstrates a transverse band of hyperintense signals extending onto its capsular silhouette - Grade II injury/ Horizontal Cleavage Tear
4) The anterior horn of the lateral Meniscus demonstrates contained hyperintensities - Grade I injury.
5) The Medial Collateral ligament demonstrates irregular thickening with interstitial fluid signals - Grade I injury.
6) Note partial disruption of Hoffa's fat pad.
7) Minimal effusion is noted into the Joint Capsule / lateral recess of the Suprapatellar bursa.
8) IIIdefined fluid signals are noted to the subcutaneous fat planes related to the infrapatellar/ collateral ligaments - Contusions.

Please help me as to what are the steps I need to take next?

Thanks,
Vagabond
