IMPRESSIONS : 1. Severe glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis
with resultant
degenerative circumferential fraying/tearing of the labrum with concomitant
posterior subluxation of the humeral head at the articulation indicative of
posterior instability. 2. Chronic rupture of the long head biceps tendon. 3.
Mild-moderate rotator cuff tendinopathy which appears greatest in severity
within the anterior distal fibers of the supraspinatus tendon. 4. Mild-moderate
AC joint degenerative change.
5. Os acromiale.
