Massive tears of rotator cuff

I am 75 and last year had surgery for massive rotator cuff repairs due to a fall on my right shoulder. It has taken a year for recovery. I have full range of motion but weakness on over the head movement.
Meanwhile I fell again on the left shoulder.  I had two injections which helped briefly.  The MRI shows massive retracted rotator cuff tendons.  My choices are biological repair or reverse replacement.  Any suggestions?
