I might as well just say - The pain meds i was prescribed are as follows.

15mg MS Contin ER -  1 pill in the am, 2 pills in the pm. 90# per month.
Hydromorphone 2mg -  every 4 hours as needed 120# a month.

Like I mentioned, Ime in a lot of discomfort (not from stopping the meds) its all lower back pain. Does this give reason for an ER visit?

Generally if I get injured DO NOT go to hospitals....
Super glue works for deep cuts,  And a little piece of paper towel and duck tape is excellent for band aids lol.
I just dont want to waste the ER Dr's time, as other severely injured patients need prompt attention.

Welcome to our Community .. not sure anyone can be able to discern from being online and reading your post w/o history and knowing you,  if you should go or not to the ER , but having pain like that through those meds may very well warrant a visit to the ER.
