Mouth Close!!

Hello Sir,
I have Serious health probem. I have tried everywhere in my country but  there is no treatment possible for this.  I will be very thankful to you If you help me out this. I have a special mouth problem. I cannot open my mouth. I have operated three time in pakistan but I have still in this prolem.
My case is as followed.



Age: 14
Sex: male
Occupation : Student
Diagnosis: TM joint ankylosin Bilateral
History: Patient fell from ladder at the age of 8. He had a mouth injury (a wide and deep cut on chin which was stiched). At that time there was no apparent signs of bone breakage. After three months patients mother noticed that patient counldn't open his mouth as wide as he should be. He was mistakenly dignosed as lockjaw cause by tetnus but x-ray reports showed anomality at the sight of joint of jaw and was diagnosed as post traumatic lock jaws he has undergone two types of treatment .
1.Bilateral Gap Arthoplasty through preaoricular aproach and lateral costocondralgraph
2. M.V.A

i have pain in the roof of my mouth whenever i close it it pains more though
