Mri results please help

Hello I was in a car accident right shoulder banged against door/glass shoulder had big bruise but nothing broken. I have been having pain for 1 year and physical therapy too. I now can lift arm but feels very heavy and painful when I make the L shape upwards with my arm when I go outwards. Finally got an mri this is what it said:
slight thickening of the distal 2 cm of the supraspinatus tendon with irregular increased proton density signal but normal t1 and t2 signal in the distal tendon substance.Amorphous high t2 signal in a 5mm region is present at the anterior peripheral insertion of the distal sst seen on coronal t2 image 12 and sagittal proton proton density image 15 of uncertain significance but possibly representing insertional injury of the sst at the tendonous rim.A 3mm subchondral cyst is seen at the posterior margin of the greater tuberosity of the humerus.No shoulder effusion is present. Minimal edema or fluid is visible in the subdeltoid bursa of uncertain significance.Mild ac joint degenerative changes are present with a type 1 acromion without outlet stenosis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
