My mum had a fall and this was her general radiography

Hi Doctor

After my mum had a fall she wen to take an X ray and below was the general  report given
she was scheduled to see an Orthopedic later in Feb ( Singapore)

There are no displaced fractures evident in the forefoot. Accessory navicular bone is noted. Mid tarsal articulation are grossly intact.

Extensive soft tissue swelling is seen at both the medial and lateral aspects of the ankle with no displaced fracture, highly suggestive of underlying ligamentous injury. Ankle mortise is intact.

Calcaneal enthesopathy is noted. Punctate calcification is noted in the dermal layer at the anterolateral aspect of the shin.

Is it serous as I'm worried for my mum?
