My scoliosis

I'm a 43 yr old female about 5'2, i will be having neural spine surgery. I have two 65 degree curves, one in my neck, and the other in my sternum. I was born with spina bifida and i have fluid on my brain. Walking and breathing is very difficult, but i think i'm doing ok. I'm scared of the surgery that is to come, on the other hand i've dreamed of being able to think clearly and walk right. i've been walking on my heels, i have a wide gait, i slight force can knock me down. My body weight is on my pelvis, i have no use of my spine, as it is not supporting any weight. I have a left curvature, so i lean and rest on my left side.  My right leg is turning inward, and my right arm is bowed. I need all the luck i can get!

I understand that you would be having surgery to reduce the curvature or fix the spine. Well, it would be difficult to provide precise details without a few clinical details at hand and the planned procedure. It would be best to discuss the situation in detail with your treating doctor.
