Neck Pain - Clarifications on the MRI report

Hi,

I am having severe neck pain for a few weeks now, I got an MRI done. here is the report

========
1. C2-C3: The disc in intact with minimal dessication, No foraminal or canal stenosis

2. C3-C4: The disc is intact, There are small uncinate spurs, right side larger than left. There is no foramincal or canal stenosis

3. C4-C5: The disc is intact and that is 1mm anterolisthesis of C4. There is bilateral uncinate spurring and facet anthropathy with mild roght neuroforaminal narrowing

4. C5-C6: The disc in intact and moderately dessicated. There is no foraminal or canal stenosis

5. C6-C7: The disc is normal, There is a right sided uncinate spurring and mild neuroforminal narrowing.

The remaining levels are unremarkable, there is mild to moderate cervical kyphosis. Mild Hyperthrophy of the lingual tonsil incidentally noted.

IMPRESSION:
1. Mild Right C6-C7 and C4-C5 Neural Foraminal Narrowing
2. Moderate Cervical Kyphosis
3. Minimal Disc Degeneration

Please help me understand the MRI report, the severity if the problem and immediate steps to be taken. Currently I am having some numbness in my left hand uptil the fingers.
