Need help with MRI results

Impression:
c5-6-There is mild loss of disc height and signal intensity with 3mm broad based central protrusion in combination the ligamentum flavum hypertrophy moderately narrows the canal and moderately compressing the cord. Unicinate hypertrophy and facet hypertrophy moderately to severly narrow the neural foramen
c3-4 the is mild loss of disc signal with 2mm left greater than right asymmetric disc bulge which mildly flattens the intrathecal sac slighly indenting the left anterior aspect of the cord mildly narrowing the canal. Disc bulge extending into the left neural foramen mild to modertely narrows the left neural foramen. There is bilateral facety hpertropy, and these findings result in mild to moderate left and minimal right foraminal stenosis.
c6-7 There is mild loss of disc signal with a 2mm right central protrusion without cord compression. There is bilateral facet hypertrophy but no foraminal narrowing.

I have been experiencing pain down my right arm with numbness and tingling all the way down to my fingers.

Hi,

The pain in the arm is due to the spinal changes you are having.
The spinal nerves come from spinal cord and after that they supply the hands and legs and any compression due to the degenerative spinal disc changes and compression of the nerves give you symptoms.
You have to go for lifestyle changes. Proper footwear, proper position while sitting, sleeping and working and do not life weights.
Physiotherapy will help.
If all options fail you have to go for surgery and for that you have to consult an Orthopaedician or a Neurosurgeon.
