Numbing of toes

Numbing of toes

For about 1 year my toes have been going numb.  I used to sit all day at work at a computer and when I quit my job to stay home I started wearing my cowboy boots daily.  At first I thought my socks were bunching up under my toes, so I bought new socks, but that wasn't the problem.  My big toes started going numb just at the top and now it has progressed into my other toes.  The right foot is worse than the left.  Sometimes I get pain in my big toes and after being up and moving around by the end of the day my feet would start to burn.  I have stopped wearing my boots and am now wearing tennis shoes.  My feet are a little better, but not much.  I have a bulging disc in my 4th lower lumbar and have always had problems with my hips.  I have also always had problems with my muscles being tight and pulling my back out.  I have been hit from behind and had whiplash 3 times in the last 15 years.  I think I have a pinched nerve, but I cannot seem to figure out what to do to get things right.

Hello Dear,
You should consult a neurologist and get a MRI done so that a confirmed  diagnosis can be done. You should do back extension exercises and yoga. You should take vitamin B supplementation to prevent demyleination of nerves.Consult a physiotherapist for pain management.
