Odd Toe Sensation

For the post few weeks, I have been having an odd sensation in/between my big and second toe on my left foot.  It is not a pain exactly, but when I wiggle those 2 toes together, there is a very weird feeling.  Also, when I walk barefoot, there is also a weird feeling.  Not when I hold the toes still or wear shoes.  Any ideas on what could be wrong and what needs to be odne about it?

Thanks in advance.

My left big toe went numb about 6 months ago.  The doctor has put me through so many tests ... neck and spine MRI, echocardiagram, pulmonary function test, sleep study...now they say I do not have sleep apnea but need oxygen because my oxygen level drops to low 80s when I sleep.  I'm now on oxygen when I sleep.  In the meantime, still no answer about my left big toe.  They still have scheduled a stress test.  They say my tests look good except for the oxygen.  Now I'm also having some dizziness and occassional numbing sensations in my left arm and hand.  Any idea what I should have checked next or what could be going on?  I'm exhausted all the time.  At one point the doctor mentioned multiple sclerosis but hasn't since.  Any thoughts are appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
The most common reason would be the shoes you are wearing, try change of footwear .
You might have injured your toes by hitting on to something, this is possible even during your sleep.
If you have pain take anti inflammatory drugs and with time and change of footwear i think your would be fine or else you have to visit an orthopaedician. Take care!
